Test channel count for TDMS-2000 is 4096 while TDMS-1000 is 3072.

TDMS-1000 has 4EA SMU channels but TDMS-2000 has 64EA SMU channels which means TDMS-2000 is benefitial to multi parallel test and user can achive higher UPH.

TDMS-2000 is developed to give more benefits in test time and test channel resource perspective.
